Recipe Sassi Of Abruzzo Or Almonds Touch Down


ingredients:

1 tablespoon almonds - 1 tablespoon sugar -
1 tablespoon water - cocoa - cinnamon





Recipe:

Put in a pan the blanched almonds, counting the spoons as you enter, then you put the same amount of sugar and water, then add a pinch of cinnamon and a couple of tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa. Put on the fire, the sugar will melt and turn trying to prevent them from attacking, will start to make bubbles as the water will evaporate, now remove from heat, stir trying to remove the almonds from one another, when you unplug all rehearse on fire again, stir again for a few minutes after that off and you have all the almonds on a baking sheet to cool. Once cooled you can put them in glass jars and keep them for a long time.
