The Italian Institute of Culture in Naples founded, with the consular ratification of several countries of the world, a Free University Institute for Foreigners (among the very few in Italy), managed by Roberto Pasanisi, in the metropolitan area of Naples, cultural capital of the South of Italy, with the aim of spreading the knowledge of the Italian culture and civilization, in its historical and present manifestations, from language to literature, from music to the figurative arts, from the philosophical and scientific thought to the usages and customs of the society.
