Cooking school takes place in our airy 60 foot long Tuscan demonstration kitchen, formerly the limonaia of the villa. There are many trips to Lucca, and local retaurants and wine tastings, the opera in Chiesa di San Giovanni and Pistoia food market our dream lunch would be conacasse of tomatoes with prawns and basil escalopes of salmon with champagne and chive sauce rsspberry souffle.
