The aim of the course is to "find out your inner cook, even if deeply sleeping. " and to learn how to use pulses, cereals, seasonal veggies, oily seeds to create yummy and healthy vegetarian dishes and, how to home make pastries for savoury tarts and desserts. All of this working in couples in a cosy, relaxing environment, and most of all having fun! We also offer "speedy cooking sessions"and intensive sunday classes. You will then taste all your creations during e final dinner, obviously with a special guest, the vegetarian Socrate.
