Q.A the professional course that puts you in the hands of a job WITHOUT UNEMPLOYMENT; Goals Learn all the phases inherent in the making of pizza: from the types of flour to the leavening times, from the bread-making techniques to the dough techniques, from the rolling out, filling and cooking to the different types of oven; The pizza chef course will guide you to discover the secrets of the white art and the techniques of baking and baked products. A journey of flavor that passes through the various types of pizza, without neglecting the bromatology of the ingredients and the balancing of the recipes by preparing dough with 6,12,24,48 and 72 hours of leavening with the use of ancient Sicilian Timilian grain flours.
