Recipients Aspiring Chefs; The course is open to all those who want to know the secrets and put into practice the techniques for professional and healthy cooking; The TPC basic course is aimed at those who have no work experience and have the desire to learn the basics of cooking to enter a professional context and learn the professional basics of cooking; The TCP course will guide you to discover the secrets of cooking and cooking techniques up to the use of molecular cuisine with a critical eye and not only on the use of additives in the kitchen.
