Q.A PASTRY CHEF specialized in Conventual pastry making; the professional course that puts you in the hands of a job WITHOUT UNEMPLOYMENT; Goals The course aims to raise awareness of the pastry chef's profession and the management of the laboratory and the production of sweets starting from the understanding of how to best organize one's work, the laboratory and the instruments up to the practical and direct execution by each student of an entire range of high quality artisanal pastry products, all basic Sicilian pastry products will be covered: shortcrust pastry, choux pastry, custard, blancmange, whipped shortcrust pastry, sponge cake, mousse, margherita pastry, classic croissants, irises, cassate, brioche pastry, semifreddo, millefeuille, bavarois and finally the Conventual Pastry Art: preparations such as Sfoglio di Polizzi Generosa, Testa di Moro, Cassatelle di Agira, Trionfo di Gola, Grape Must and Fig Mostarda 'india, Bronte DOP Almond and Pistachio Paste, Messinese Black Rice In'fasciateddi di Troina confectionery preparations that continue to enchant Sicily and beyond.
