180 grams of spaghetti, 3 tablespoons of stale bread crumbs, 3-4 anchovy fillets in oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1 red pepper, 1 sprig of chopped parsley, 4-5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan and put the crumb to toast. When it is golden and then toasted, remove it from the stove. Then chop the parsley, clean the garlic and chop the chilli. Put the water to boil and once it boils, add salt and toss the pasta. Meanwhile prepare the sauce. Put in another pan the oil, garlic, anchovy, chili pepper and a ladle of cooking water. Let go a few minutes and turn off the heat and remove the garlic. Drain the pasta 2-3 minutes before and then turn the cooker back on and pass the pasta to finish cooking with the sauce. Mix and add the bread and parsley. We jump, plate and enjoy just before it dries. Enjoy your meal!
