2 carrots, 350 g of pitted black olives, 250 g of cherry mozzarella
To create this simple and fun appetizer, just a little patience and irony are enough. Also great for entertaining children. Let's start with the carrots: cut them into rounds and from each washer we get a triangle that we will divide in half, will act as a nose while the other part will be the base and the feet of the penguin. We take the pitted olives and some leave them whole while others incidiamole for long but without dividing one part from the other. We then compose our appetizer. We take the whole olive to create the head and put it on the toothpick, then we take the cut olive and put it on the cherry and also skewer them, then take the carrot base and put it as the final part of the penguin. We complete by placing the carrot triangle in the hole of the whole olive that will be facing frontally and will then create the muzzle.
