70 gr of dark chocolate flakes, 250 ml of liquid cream for cakes, 200 ml of condensed milk, 20 gr of bitter cocoa
We melt the chocolate chips in 50 ml of cream that we previously heated. Let it cool well and add the condensed milk. Mix and add the bitter cocoa while continuing to turn. Then whip up 200 ml of liquid cream for desserts and once ready, combine the chocolate mixture that we previously prepared. We mix and mix everything well and place it in a glass container that resembles the classic ice cream tray. We put in the freezer for at least 6 hours after which our chocolate ice cream is ready to taste!
