Recipe Cold Appetizers With Bread For Sandwiches

Doses for: 3 persone
realization time: 40 minutes

ingredients:

Ingredients for the swivels: 3 slices of bread for sandwiches, 50 g of robiola, 100 g of salmon, corn. Ingredients for bread baskets: 3 slices of bread for sandwiches, 200 g of ricotta, 90 g of cooked ham, 15 g of grated cheese, 15 ml of milk. Ingredients for the bouquet of bread flowers: 4 slices of bread for sandwiches, salami, mayonnaise, carrots

Recipe:

Let's start with the swivels since they will be the only ones having to rest in the refrigerator: we place the slices of bread on a sheet of film, slightly overlap them and let's pass on the rolling pin making them become uniform. We spread the robiola and then we make it with the salmon. We roll it all in the film and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes. After the rest time, we pull out and cut into slices about 2 cm thick. Place them in a dish on a salad bed and decorate with corn in the center. Let's move on to the bread baskets: cut the bread with a flower-shaped mold and put the proceeds in an aluminum container. Bake the cups at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. We then cool the baskets inside the cups. In a food processor we put the ricotta, ham, grated cheese, milk and start to blend everything until you get a smooth creamy sauce. We then remove the bread baskets from the cups and fill them with ham mousse through a pastry bag with a star-shaped beak. Let's move on to the last starter and the bread flowers: we cut the carrots into small pieces and we engrave both the salami and the bread with a flower-shaped mold. For the bread, the first part we leave it without filling, the second we spread it with mayonnaise. Before composing the bouquet, we cut a piece of bread so that it serves as a base, we cover it with film and place it in the container we have chosen. We finish our flowers and with a long stick we pierce the flowers from one end and the bread from the other. Decorate the inside of the container with salad.
