Recipe Biscuit Ice Creams

ingredients:

Dry biscuits, 500 ml of cream, 125 grams of vanilla sugar, 2 eggs, black cherry topping, bitter cocoa and milk as required.





Recipe:

In a large bowl, whip the already sweetened cream until stiff. Add the vanilla sugar and incorporate, finally break two eggs and continue to blend to mix. This is the basis of our homemade ice cream. To obtain three flavors we divide the cream into three equal parts using as many bowls. One we leave it white to natural. In the second we add the topping to the black cherry with doses to taste. If you prefer to do it at home, look at the recipe for black cherry topping. In the third bowl, add a tablespoon of bitter cocoa. Now let's take three aluminum pans of four portions each. We wet the dry biscuits one by one in the milk very quickly without getting them soaked. Then we form the first layer on the pan. We place the cookies upside down, so we have 9 cookies on the base. We do the same in the other two trays. In each pan we pour the corresponding cream, a white one, one with black cherry, one with cocoa. We level well with a spatula and form the cover with another 9 biscuits soaked in milk for each pan. We put the pans in the freezer bags, without needing to close them again, they can remain open on one side. We put in the freezer for at least 4 hours. If necessary, take out the pan, wait a few seconds and cut with a sharp knife at the biscuits. Here are the biscuit ice creams.
